Ground Broken (and improved)

Here’s a snapshot of the first week of actual physical work towards a functioning brewer’s studio in the woods.
You put the location together with all the energy that everyone’s put in to it so far, this brewery is destined to make great beer…my fortune foretold by a clear sky in Central Oregon; how my brewing career just happened to occur in one of America’s greatest beer towns where ‘beer as a legitimate art form’ is practiced by many and consumed by more.  I’m thankful for this unique opportunity unfolding, but it would be completely impossible without contributions, be it physical or mental, from all the people involved!

Here’s a look at our first week of construction, from cutting into our slab and installing a trench drain to pouring a larger slab to accommodate loading and unloading of pallets and the like.
